House Portraits are painted on high quality Arches 140 lb. hot press watercolor paper using artist grade Windsor & Newton watercolors and guoache.

Step 1. Email photos of the house and we discuss your vision for the Watercolor House or Store Portrait. Perhaps you would like to emphasize a certain area or you’d like a pet or child included in the portrait.

Step 2. Works starts with 50% of the payment by check or Zelle. I create a detailed sketch and it is sent to you by text or email. We discuss. Fee is determined by the size and complexity.

Step 3. I proceed to complete the Hand-Painted Watercolor House or Store Portrait. A photo of the final Portrait is texted or emailed to you. If you’re local, we would meet and exchange the House or Store Portrait for the balance of the payment. For out of town clients, your artwork will be shipped after the balance of the payment is received.
